             abstract = "Num mundo conflitante por limites e posse de terra, a clareza 
                         quanto ao posicionamento fidedigno de coordenadas se torna 
                         imperativo para o desenvolvimento pleno da sociedade. Este esudo 
                         procura mostrar a import{\^a}ncia de uma Rede de Refer{\^e}ncia 
                         Cadastral Municipal (RRCM) e os benef{\'{\i}}cios que esta rede 
                         poder{\'a} trazer ao munic{\'{\i}}pio de Mogi Gua{\c{c}}u/SP. 
                         A metodologia adotada para o presente estudo reside na 
                         distribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o orientada e aleatorizada de pontos pela 
                         {\'a}rea do munic{\'{\i}}pio e sua consolida{\c{c}}{\~a}o por 
                         meio dos tri{\^a}ngulos de Delaunay e pol{\'{\i}}gonos de 
                         Voronoi. Como resultado destaca-se a constru{\c{c}}{\~a}o do 
                         primeiro marco da futura RRCM de Mogi Gua{\c{c}}u e a 
                         proposi{\c{c}}{\~a}o da instala{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 20 marcos, os 
                         quais tiveram sua distribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o consolidada pelos 
                         pol{\'{\i}}gonos de Voronoi resultantes da malha. A 
                         triangula{\c{c}}{\~a}o de Delaunay gerada pelos pontos propostos 
                         sugere que a distribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o atendeu os crit{\'e}rios 
                         estabelecidos e serve de base para a cria{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         f{\'{\i}}sica da RRCM do munic{\'{\i}}pio em an{\'a}lise. 
                         ABSTRACT: In a world conflicting with land boundaries and 
                         ownership, clarity as to the reliable positioning of coordinates 
                         becomes imperative for the full development of society. This study 
                         seeks to show the importance of a Municipal Register Reference 
                         Network (RRCM) and the benefits that it can bring to the city of 
                         Mogi Gua{\c{c}}u/SP. The methodology adopted for this study 
                         resides in the randomized and oriented distribution of points by 
                         the area of the city and its consolidation through the Delaunay 
                         triangulation and Voronoi polygons. As result, the construction of 
                         the first framework of the future RRCM of Mogi Gua{\c{c}}u and 
                         the proposition of the installation of 20 marks, which had their 
                         distribution consolidated by the resulting Voronoi polygons. The 
                         Delaunay triangulation generated by the points suggests that the 
                         distribution met the established criteria and serves as a basis 
                         for the physical creation of the RRCM of the city under analysis.
